headed home....

I'm flying home to England tomorrow for 2 weeks - my Mam is very sick :-( I am leaving hubby and dd here. I only hope I can get on the plane with my knitpicks.... the journey will take me 17 hours!

Be back soon.

Good thoughts for you and your mum. I have never had a problem taking those needles on the plan so fingers crossed for you.

I hope the knitting makes the trip seem shorter so you can spend more time with your mum. I hope she gets better very soon too, hugs Sue!

Safe travels and I pray you have a good visit with your Mam -- she'll feel better just seeing your face I'm sure.

I completely forget to check your knitting blog! Love the cowl, and your shawl! So pretty :)
I've been wondering if the airlines allow knitting needles on board! I have a few small projects to get started, and thought I'd take one with me in my hand luggage. Did you get to take your needle in the cabin?
love & hugs xx
